A cookbook is a book that contains information on cooking. It typically contains a collection of recipes, and may also include information on ingredient origin, freshness, selection and quality.

Artist Trenton Doyle Hancock uses the word vegan to refer to fictional creatures responsible for the death of The Legend, the oldest of a plant-like species known as mounds. The concept of a vegan is based largely on the more common usage of the word (see Vegan).

We went to Mike's for dinner and had awesome soup. He made it from the Artful Vegan cookbook and it was topped with pine nuts, cashew cream and balsamic vinegar.
