After doing some research on cookware (we need to replace some of ours) I've decided on enameled cast iron. Which unfortunately can be prohibitively expensive.
I've been watching this Le Creuset French Oven at TJ Maxx since xmas, and finally got it yesterday. It was still a lot of money but a lot less than one would cost regular retail.
I don't know what makes this a "second", it looks perfect to me!
A bit of everything. I snuck in my big red Tramontina Dutch Oven from Wal-Mart. It's not Le Creuset, but I love it just the same. The Demeyere Apollo Stainless is amazing for induction cooking.
